MAINTENANCE
Maintenance made simple, so uptime stays high.
Designed-in service points, clear intervals and support that shows you how — not a manual that leaves you guessing.
We design machines to be serviced by a good mechanic with normal tools. Tilting hoods, grouped greasing points, numbered hoses and a service schedule printed in the manual — maintenance on a Craton machine is a plan, not a puzzle.
How it works
The Craton service schedule
Standard intervals for normal working conditions (hours of operation).
Daily / pre-start
10-minute walkaround: fluids, tracks, pins, leaks, quick coupler.
250 hours
Engine oil and filter, grease per chart, air filter check, hose inspection.
500 hours
Hydraulic oil check, track tension check, electrical connections, pivot wear.
1,000 hours
Major inspection: hydraulic oil service, pumps and valves, undercarriage, safety devices.
