Warning: fake supplier scams
We are aware of individuals falsely using the Craton name, logo and machine photos to collect payments from buyers. These are not us. Never pay for Craton machines to personal accounts or third parties.
How fraud happens
- • Emails that look like ours but come from free domains
- • Requests to pay to a personal or third-party bank account
- • "Urgent" discounts if you pay immediately
- • Fake certificates or loading photos
How we do business
- • We only email from sales@cratonmachinery.com or our official domain
- • Payments go to verified company bank accounts only
- • Every order has a written confirmation and inquiry reference
- • Our team verifies you by phone before any payment instruction
If you suspect a scam
