PRODUCTION & QUALITY

From steel plate to tested machine.

Fabrication, machining, painting, assembly and testing under one roof — with an inspection record on every machine.

How it works

The Craton production flow

Five stages, one quality system, and a signed checklist at the end.

01

Steel preparation

Plates and pipes are cut, beveled and prepped by CNC plasma and laser lines.

02

Robotic & manual welding

Critical joints are robotically welded; every weld is jig-inspected before painting.

03

Machining & sub-assembly

Drive components are CNC machined in-house and matched to their housings.

04

Assembly & painting

Lines are assembled, routed and finished in multi-stage paint with anti-corrosion protection.

05

Testing & sign-off

Hydraulic pressure tests, 2-hour running-in, then the 40-point pre-delivery inspection.

Testing is a gate, not a checkbox

Before any machine leaves the line it must pass a running-in test under load, hydraulic pressure verification on every circuit, and a final operational check by a named inspector. The signed checklist travels with the machine.

  • 2-hour loaded running-in test per machine
  • Hydraulic pressure tested to rated working limits
  • Leak, noise and vibration checks on final assembly
  • Signed PDI checklist shipped in the manual pack
