Warranty should be easy to verify and easy to claim. This page is the plain-language version of the warranty statement that ships with every machine — your dealer and our service team follow the same document.

What's included

Coverage periods

Structural — 24 months

Boom, arm, frame, undercarriage structure and loader linkage against material or workmanship defects.

Engine & drivetrain — 12 months

Engine, transmission, drive motors and axles, subject to the machine following the service schedule.

Hydraulics — 12 months

Main pumps, valves, cylinders and hoses (wear items excluded).

Consumables — fast program

Filters, belts, tracks, buckets and edges are wear items, kept in stock for rapid dispatch.

Report with evidence

Send photos or video plus the machine serial number to your account manager.

We assess

Our engineers classify the claim and confirm the response plan within one working day.

We respond

Replacement part shipped, repair procedure provided, or a service engineer dispatched.

Track your claim

Every claim gets a reference number you can follow through to closure.

Conditions that keep your warranty valid

Follow the service intervals in the machine manual (250/500/1000 h).
Use genuine Craton parts for warranty-relevant components.
Record service work and keep the receipts in the machine file.
Report defects promptly — early reporting avoids secondary damage.
